Dr Yen joined Fountain Set in 1999 and manages the Group’s various business operations as well as finance and accounting functions. He also serves as a Chairman of The HK Association of Textile Bleachers, Dyers, Printers and Finishers; an Executive Vice Chairman of The HKGeneral Chamber of Textiles; a Vice Chairman of Textile Council of HK; a Vice Director-General of China Knitting Industry Association; a Director of GS1 HK Limited; a Director of the HK Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce; and a member of the government Textile Advisory Board. Dr Yen is also an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee of Hopewell Holdings Limited.

Prior to joining the textile industry, Dr Yen worked on regional infrastructure project investment and development in Asia. He holds a Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University; an MBA from McGill and a DBA from HKPU.
